Judy Logan

Secretary, Desert Harmony Foundation

Judy Logan serves as Secretary of the Desert Harmony Foundation and brings a deep commitment to healing, education, and community connection. She believes that restoring balance between people and the natural environment begins with awareness, education, and meaningful community action.

Judy supports the Foundation’s mission to protect and expand living green space through water-smart landscapes, environmental education, and community engagement. She is passionate about helping demonstrate practical solutions that strengthen communities while protecting the land for future generations.

Judy is also often one of the welcoming faces of the Foundation, greeting visitors and partners who connect with Desert Harmony Foundation.

Of Scottish and Chickasaw Native American descent, Judy maintains a deep respect for cultural traditions that emphasize stewardship of the earth. Her work in natural health and community healing has included collaboration with Apache and Navajo communities, where she has supported wellness and holistic health initiatives.

Judy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Argosy University in Phoenix and has studied natural medicine at the Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture, as well as under doctors of Chinese medicine and naturopathy. Her work has brought her into contact with diverse individuals and communities seeking balance, healing, and wellness.

Outside of her work with the Foundation, Judy considers her greatest legacy to be her children, who are now grown and thriving as the leaders she raised them to be. She also has a deep love for animals and shares her home with a lively group of companions—including a bossy Great Pyrenees, a flirty Chihuahua mix, and an opinionated orange cat who clearly runs the household.
