What is Desert Harmony Foundation?

Desert Harmony Foundation is a nonprofit organization focused on protecting and expanding responsible green space in urban environments through water-smart solutions, environmental education, and community engagement, while also advocating for and supporting music and arts education, STEAM programs, and expanded opportunities for future generations.

What does your mission mean?

It means actively improving the well-being and vibrancy of communities by protecting public green space, advancing environmental cooling strategies, and expanding access to cultural, educational, and community-based programs. We focus on practical solutions that deliver lasting public benefit and long-term sustainability.

Where do you operate?

We are based in Southern Nevada and currently focused on the Las Vegas Valley, with plans to expand into other urban areas.

Do you have an office?

Not yet. Once the land stewarded by the Foundation is developed, Desert Harmony Foundation will be located on-site next to the Foundation park.

SHCI (Soil Hydrological Circulation Infrastructure) is an advanced system designed to conserve water, improve and manage soil health, and sustain green landscapes in arid environments.

How is the Foundation different from The Vybe Event Grounds?

Desert Harmony Foundation is the nonprofit land steward focused on community benefit, environmental impact, and long-term sustainability. The Vybe Event Grounds leases the land and is operated by a separate for-profit entity that produces events and also serves as a real-world demonstration site for the SHCI system, using monitoring and data to measure performance. The two are aligned but legally independent, ensuring clear separation between public benefit and commercial operations.

How does your board work?

When finalized, the Board will consist of nine members structured as a public-private partnership, including representation from North Las Vegas to ensure alignment with community and municipal interests.
