Desert Harmony Foundation is the nonprofit land steward focused on community benefit, environmental impact, and long-term sustainability. The Vybe Event Grounds leases the land and is operated by a separate for-profit entity that produces events and also serves as a real-world demonstration site for the SHCI system, using monitoring and data to measure performance. The two are aligned but legally independent, ensuring clear separation between public benefit and commercial operations.
When finalized, the Board will consist of nine members structured as a public-private partnership, including representation from North Las Vegas to ensure alignment with community and municipal interests.
